The club subscription is paid for by bank card online. Once you have chosen a plan you land on the payment page and pick the payment system yourself — there are three, and each one accepts a different set of methods.
Payment systems and methods
Each system covers its own region — pick the one that matches where your card was issued.
Stripe — international payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna and iDEAL.
bePaid — for cards issued in Belarus: Visa, Mastercard, Belkart, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
YooKassa — for cards issued in Russia: Visa, Mastercard, MIR, Google Pay, SberPay, YooMoney, T-Pay and Alfa-Bank.
How payment works
The secure payment page of the system you chose shows your order number and the amount: you enter your card details and confirm the payment. If your card supports 3-D Secure, the bank that issued it will ask you to complete a standard cardholder check — it takes about a minute.
Access to the lessons opens right after the payment, and a confirmation goes to the address you gave. Keep that email: questions about access and refunds are settled faster with it.
If a payment fails, nothing is charged: the bank may have declined the operation or blocked a cross-border payment. Try another card or another payment system, and if that does not help, write to us — we will sort it out together.
Renewal
The subscription renews automatically: at the end of the paid period the same card is charged for the next one — a month or a year, depending on the plan. The price stays the one you subscribed at.
Pausing and cancelling
You can cancel at any moment in your account. After that there are no further charges, and access to the lessons stays until the end of the period you have already paid for.
In the same place the subscription can be paused for a month: the charge moves back and nothing has to be set up again. Pausing works with Stripe and YooKassa; with bePaid the subscription can be cancelled and started again later.
Payment security
Card details are entered on the payment system's side and never reach us. The payment pages meet the PCI DSS Level 1 security requirements: sensitive data is stored encrypted, and the authorisation pages are served over SSL/TLS.
Currency and conversion
Prices on the site are in euros. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate, so the final charge may differ slightly from the price on the plans page.
Refunds
The whole library opens right after the payment, so the period you have paid for is not refunded. To stop paying, cancel the subscription: there will be no further charges, and the lessons stay available until the end of the period already paid for.
